Hi,
The form: https://form.jotform.com/250687357575067
I am trying to create a form that based on the second question you are taken to the page that corresponds to your answer and then hides all other pages. You answer 'New Student' = you are taken to the New Student page and then to the end of the form to submit. Same with the other answers in question #2.
However, the hide and skip pages conditions seems to break the more I add other conditions. What am I doing wrong?
Thank you!
Claire

Hi Claire,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. You just need to combine the conditions to hide page 4 in one condition. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- Then, select Conditions in the menu on the left side of the page.
- Now, hover your mouse over the condition you want to edit and click on the Pencil icon.
- Next, set up your new condition.
- Click on the Save button to save the changes.
- Now, hover your mouse over the condition that we're not using anymore and click on the Gear icon.
- Finally, select the Disable option to disable the condition.
This is what it looks like after adjusting the conditions:
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
