    My forms are not on my account.

    1. Go to your account's My Forms page at https://www.jotform.com/myforms/ and check if your forms are listed there.
    2. Check the Archive and Trash folders on the lower left side of the My Forms page in case your forms were accidentally moved there.
    3. If you still can't find your forms, please let me know so we can explore other options.

    Hi Beverly,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support.  I checked the email address bweddin1@tampabay.rr.com and found that it is linked to a Guest account. Guest accounts are temporary and allow only a one-time login, so you won’t be able to receive a password reset email. You can create a free Jotform account using the same email address by signing up through this link.

    If you were referring to a different account, can you share the email address associated with it? We'd be happy to take a look. Also, if you have any form links or a website where your forms are embedded, feel free to send them over so we can help identify which account they're linked to.

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.
