All my conditions are showing Board Resolution, Knidly help with this

Hi tech915,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your form, and it shows that you made modifications to your conditions today. Check out the screencast below:
You can consider reverting your form back to its previous version to undo the changes that you made today. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on the Timestamp at the top of the form, right below the Form Title.
- In the Revision History panel, scroll down to see the version that you need to revert the form back to.
- Click on it, and then click on Revert on the right.
If you don't want to revert the changes, I'm afraid you'll have to update the conditions manually.

Kindly check the name on the change and see that all these changes were done from a foreign (Eliza_G) account and not mine (tech915)

Hi tech915,
Note that we are not allowed to do any changes on the user's form, unless it's requested by the form owner. My name could have appeared there, as I was the last agent to access your Conditions page.
