    Two of our registration forms have been disabled due to some verification. We already completed the verification process yesterday noon, and we haven't gotten any update on this issue. We need to have access to our form as soon as possible.

    Hi Liber,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and saw that your KYC status is already approved. Can you take a look at your forms and see if you’re still having trouble accessing or using them?
