HI Jotform Team,
The new submissions from this form (https://form.jotform.com/240571055397459) aren't being received in the admin inbox, where it was set to be sent out as a notification with an attachment.
Submissions from yesterday and today haven't been received.
Additionally, I have raised this with our IT team, and they have not seen any issues on their end, like blockages.

Hi Maja,
Thanks for reaching out to us about the notification issue with your registration form. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
To address the problem where new submissions are not reaching your admin inbox with attachments, please check the following:
- Verify the notification email recipient is correctly set to your admin inbox email (admin@istaff.com.au).
- Check your spam or junk folder to ensure the notifications are not being filtered there.
- Confirm your email address is not on Jotform's bounce list in your Account Settings.
- Consider whitelisting Jotform's IP addresses and domains with your email provider to improve deliverability.
- Ensure the notification email settings have the "Attach PDF" option enabled under the Advanced tab if you want submissions attached as PDFs.
If these steps do not resolve the issue, you can also review your form's email logs in your Account History to see if the notifications were sent and their status.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi Maja,
I checked the notification email recipient of your form, but none of them were added to our bounce list. When I cloned and tested your form, I was able to receive the notification email. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
Can you check your form's email history and check the statuses of the email? You can easily View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:
- Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
- Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
- Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
Keep us updated and let us know if you need any more help.

Hi Support Team,
In addition to my previous response.
Our IT team looked into the issue of missing email notifications from August 1st to 4th and found that no messages reached our mail servers during that time. If they had been blocked, there would usually be a record, but there was none.
They also noted that JotForm’s IP addresses aren’t currently whitelisted. Could you please provide the list of IP addresses and domains you use to send emails so we can check and whitelist them if needed?
Looking forward to your response so we can proceed with the necessary actions.

As for zacy@istaff.com.au, I only found one:
[2025-08-04 20:08:45] Submission #6301617242213447382 Form #252012144875452 SENT to zacy@istaff.com.au from noreply@jotform.com via JotSMTP. Subject: We have received your response for OneCorp - Leave Form
Our system uses noreply@jotform.com as the sender in these cases (based on your logs), and since none of your addresses are currently on our bounce list, your mail server may have silently dropped or rejected these messages without returning a bounce report.
You can check out our guide on Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains. Once whitelisted, this should improve deliverability and prevent silent drops.
If issues persist, consider switching to SMTP to send emails via your server for full control. You can easily set up a custom SMTP to use your email sender as provider. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Settings page while logged in to your Jotform account and click on Add Sender Email in the Sender Emails section.
2. In the window that opens, select Custom and click on the Continue button.
3. Enter your email provider's details, click on Send Test Email to check if it’s set up correctly, and then click on Save.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.

Hi Kenneth,
Thanks for checking and sharing the email logs.
We’ve looked into it further and found that some of the email notifications from JotForm show a “Failed” status on our end between August 1st and 4th, as shown with the image I have attached previously, which indicates they didn’t reach our mail server at all during that period.
As you mentioned, this suggests the messages may have been dropped before hitting our server, potentially due to not having the JotForm IPs whitelisted. We’ll refer to your guide on whitelisting JotForm’s IP addresses and domains and take action accordingly to help prevent similar issues moving forward.
Appreciate your support on this.
