Hi there,
My forms were disabled due to lack of space. I haver since cleared the trashed entries if the froms could be restored.

Thanks for contacting Jotform Support. I checked your account, and your Booking/Enquiry form is working fine. It is no longer disabled. Your account usage has also been updated.
