    Hi nlc1912tech,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

Jotform offers both free and paid plans. You can use many features without charge, but some advanced features and higher usage limits require a paid subscription. If you want details on pricing or plan options, I can provide that information.

Let me know if you'd like more details on Jotform's pricing plans.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi nlc1912tech,

Your form is published once you share its direct link or embed it on a website. You can check the status in your My Forms page—published forms are active and accessible to users.

Let me know if you need help finding your form's link or publishing it.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Hi nlc1912tech,

When I checked your form, I can confirm it’s already live and ready to receive submissions. However, since your account is currently on the Starter (Free) plan, the following limits apply. These could restrict how your form functions once thresholds are reached:

    • Monthly Submission Limit: You can receive up to 100 submissions per month. If this limit is reached, your forms will be disabled until the cycle resets or your plan is upgraded.
    • Monthly Form Views: Your forms can be viewed up to 1,000 times per month. Each time someone loads a form, it counts as a view.
    • Submission Storage: You can store up to 500 total submissions across all forms. This is a lifetime limit, not monthly. When the limit is exceeded, the oldest submission is deleted to make room for new ones.
    • Upload Space: You’re allowed 100 MB of total storage for uploaded files. If users submit files through your form and you exceed this, file uploads will be disabled until space is freed or your plan is upgraded.
    • Forms Limit: You can create and use up to 5 active forms at a time. Archived or disabled forms don’t count toward this limit.

You can also check out this helpful guide to get a clearer understanding of how your Jotform account usage and limits work. If you expect higher traffic, file uploads, or long-term data collection, upgrading to a paid plan might be a better fit. For a full breakdown of what each plan includes, feel free to check the pricing page here.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
