    Hi Raphael,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I understand that the “Log in with Facebook” button was missing when you tried to enable the WhatsApp Agent setup. I'm checking into this now, and will have an update for you in just a little while.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, we appreciate it.

    Hi Raphael,

Thanks for patiently waiting while I checked this on my end. I tried to run some tests but wasn’t able to replicate the same behavior shown in your screenshot below:

Is there a problem with publishing to WhatsApp? There is no “Log in to Facebook” link Image 1 Screenshot 60Since we don’t have access to the WhatsApp Agent Publish section of your AI Agent due to security restrictions, we’re unable to fully verify the setup from our side. If you're okay with it, we’ll need your permission to access your account so we can take a closer look and check the AI Agent thoroughly. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

    3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

    4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

    5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

    6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.

    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies by following the steps in this article.
    • Try opening the page in a private window (incognito mode) or use a different browser to check if it’s something browser-specific.
    • Make sure your browser is up to date. You can check out this guide for instructions on how to update any browser.

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
