To add to the previous explanation, when you make changes to your Jotform App, users do not need to manually download a new version, like with traditional apps. Since Jotform Apps are Progressive Web Apps (PWAs), updates are delivered automatically when the app is refreshed or reopened.
If the new buttons are not showing up on your phone, here’s a list of what can be done:
- Refresh the app page in your mobile browser to load the latest version.
- Clear your browser cache or use a private/incognito window to bypass cached data.
- Reinstall the app from your browser by removing the existing app shortcut and adding it again.
