For https://www.jotform.com/tables/252054254853153, I press the Action Button under the field "ConfirmPmtRecd" to send out Notification2 (a test notification notice) to jzed000@gmail.com. I have not received any emails. Can you help?

Regarding the Action Button emails not working in your table, when you press the Action Button under the "ConfirmPmtRecd" field to send Notification2, the email should be sent manually to the specified recipient. If you are not receiving the email, please check the following:
- Ensure the email template Notification2 is properly set up with the correct recipient email address.
- Verify that the Send Email Action Button column is correctly configured to send that notification.
- After clicking the button, check if the button changes to show a timestamp indicating the email was sent.
- If needed, try clicking the downward arrow next to the sent message and select Resend to send the email again.
If these steps are correctly followed and you still don't receive the email, it may be helpful to review the email settings or try sending a test email from the email template itself.

I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

I tried to create a new email with my action button. It was simply a test email sent to my email address. The email created by JotForm has conditions attached to it, conditions that I did not input/impose!
I can tell you that I did not receive the email in my email account.
Our payment pages have been down for two weeks due to this problem being unsolvable.
Any ideas?

I just added 4 test emails to the action button. They all come back with unexpected conditions.

The problem does NOT occur with Autoresponders!

I also tried it on a separate machine (a Chrome Laptop). Same problem.

Hi Jon,
Thanks for getting back to us. I cannot replicate the same difficulty at my end while testing a cloned form. I followed the steps on your video, created an email within the tables page, and set it to be sent to be a test email. I got the email, though there was a slight delay of a few minutes.
Can you remove the Send email button column on your submission table page, create a new column with a new email (created within the table page), and test once more? Please let us know now it goes.
