    Hi,

I am reaching out to get help with my Jotform final pdf form. On the form it is showing a big black circle and black check marks that are covering important information. How would I remove this from the form.

    Hi Ashtin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.

To remove the big black circle and check marks from your final PDF form, you need to check the PDF Editor settings. These marks might be from conditional logic or approval stamps applied in the PDF. Here’s how to fix it:

    1. Open your form in Jotform and go to the PDF Editor.
    2. Locate the elements causing the black circle and check marks.
    3. Delete or adjust these elements to remove the unwanted marks.

If these are approval stamps or widgets, you can disable or remove them in the PDF Editor as well.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Ashtin,

Can you share with us the form URL in question? Are you the form owner of this form? I could not find any registered Jotform account under your email address. Can you share with us the screenshot of the PDF you are referring to and show us the areas where the issue are? Are you the recipient of this form? Was this form shared by someone to you?

If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section. That's it.
