    Hi,

I archived a bunch of responses to my forms. I am not needing to look back at those forms, but the archive is empty. What happened to them?

    Hi Akala,

When you archive submissions in Jotform, they are hidden from your main inbox but remain accessible in the Archive folder. If your archive appears empty, please check the Archive folder within Jotform Inbox or Jotform Tables, depending on where you archived them.

Here’s a quick way to find them:

    1. Go to Jotform Inbox or Jotform Tables for your form.
    2. Click on the Archive folder or use the menu to view archived entries.
    3. You should see your archived submissions there and can unarchive them if needed.

If you still don’t see them, please ensure you are looking in the correct archive section for your form.

Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

    Best regards,
    Jotform Support

    Hi Akala,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked out your account; I found currently there are 13 forms available. These forms are built in the form builder. Can you share with us the form URLs or the name of the forms? Can you give us more details on when did you archive them? How many forms were archived in total? Have you checked the Trash folder in your account?

After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
