Why am I unable to download all submissions as one zip PDF file?

I need to send all my parent-signed documents to our Girl Scout council, but I have to download each one individually and then compress them. Why can't I just download them into a zip file from Jotform? That's just crazy.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. It's really easy to download your PDF files. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon at the top-left side of the page and select PDF Editor.

2. In PDF Editor, click on the Download button at the top-right side of the page. 

3. In the dropdown menu, click on Download PDF or Download All. That's it.

The Download PDF button will only download the PDF you are currently viewing in the PDF Editor. If you use the Download All button, it will email you a zip file containing all submissions in PDF format. Take a look at the screenshots below to see my examples:

Can you verify if you are referring to this form? If yes, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

I can also take a look at this for you. To do that, we’ll need your permission to access your account. Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to download all Sign Document submission as PDF at once. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
