I have 4 books that I am selling and have uploaded the form from your site if someone wants to place an order and would like to change that quantity starts from 1 to zero, because if someone wants to order only one or two books but not the other, they have no option. How to change that if possible, or if you can suggest different form. Thank you

    Hi Peter,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, it’s no longer possible to set the default quantity for products in the Product List element to 0.

We recently updated the quantity settings in the Product List element to ensure that neither the form owner nor the form filler can enter 0 as a valid quantity. This change was implemented to prevent situations where a form could be submitted without any required payments being made, which can cause confusion or disrupt payment workflows.

With this update, even if the quantity dropdown is set to 1 by default, the product will not be included in the purchase unless it is actively selected or checked by the form filler. In other words, a quantity value will only be applied to products that are actually chosen, ensuring that payment forms process only intentional and confirmed purchases.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
