Blank screen on mobile device when first form is redirected to the second form

    When transferring from Form 1 to form 2 my phone sceen goes white..

    Worst... It askes to resubmit the form 1 which I can't have

    has done the same issue to another phone


    Doesn't bring up form 2. just a blank white screen

    Until tonight working with a Jotform support... I have never had this issue

    I've also cleared your form caches. Can you try it again? If the issue persists, can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    Most of the time it does work.... Then it doesn't
