I cant find my archived entries

when I finish with the entries on a form so I can use the form again I select and then send to archive entries. But I cannot find them in archives? they seem to be deleting instead going into archives? I have attached a screen shot.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I couldn't find any archived forms from your account. Were you able to save a link to one of your forms? Can you send it to us so we can locate it? Can you also check it from your Trashed entries? Just click on Trash below Archive. Check out my screenshot below:

If the forms are not there, can you try to clear your browser caches, then log out and log back in to your account? Can you also try to log in on a different browser? I've also gone ahead and cleared your form caches. Can you check it again? If you can't still find your forms, will you give us access to your account so we can check it? Don’t worry, you can turn it off again once we’re done. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In the top-right corner of your My Workspace page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

2. In the Dropdown menu that opens, click on Settings.

3. Next, in the panel on the left, click on the Security tab.

4. If you haven’t opened your Security page in a while, it’ll ask you to verify. To do that, click on Send Verification Code.

5. Then, enter the Verification Code you receive in your email.

6. Finally, at the bottom of the page, toggle the Jotform Support Access to the On position.
