Hello,
Can I get some help on why the checkbox for my contract form does not show on my end when I receieve it through email? This is after the client has signed the contract and sent it through to me. I reviewed it and realized a part of my form is missing.
What I see on my end through the downloaded version of the contract in my email.
-It does not show the checkbox;
This is the original layout of the contract that shows the check box;
*Question; Does it not show because the client did not check the box? and if the box is checked then it will show in the form?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you are correct, since it was not checked, it did not show in the Notification Email. If checked, it should show like this:
