Notification Email Not Sending

    Hello,

    We have been using Jot form for about a year now with no issues. Today we were unable to recieve jotforms in our email could you please help resolve this issue to help us see the jotforms from our customers on our gmail. It appears that they are failing to send.     Hi Rodney,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned your form and tested it, the same thing happened to me. After investigating it a bit, I found that the notification email wasn't sent because our system flagged the email as a potential risk. I created a ticket and forwarded it to the relevant team so they can look into this.

    Once we hear back from them, we will circle back to this thread to let you know.
