Hello,

I’m currently using my personal work email for this account, which was purchased using a company credit card and is used strictly for company purposes. We've recently implemented a new policy requiring all business-related accounts to be reassigned to a newly created general company email address.

I came across a similar support thread and saw that the following information may be required to verify ownership before making the change:

• Last 4 digits of the credit card
• Expiration date of the card
• Type of card (Visa, AMEX, etc.)
• Transaction date
• Amount charged

Can you please confirm that this is all you'll need from me in order to proceed with updating the account email address?

Since you're logged into your account, there's no need for us to collect the information you mentioned for verification. You can just change your email address provided that you have access on the email associated with your Jotform account since the verification email will be sent there. It's easy to change your email address. Let me show you how:

1. Click on your Avatar to go to My Account page.
2. Then, click on Account on the left panel.
3. After that, click on Edit in the Email option so you can enter your new email address. The verification email will be sent to your current email address.
