How do I limit the number of reservations?

I know how to disable a form based upon the number of submissions. However, I would like to disable a form based upon the number of reservations. A party can have several guests, so I want to diable the form when we've reached 40 guests, not 40 submissions. Is this possible??

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Yes, you can limit the number of guests by using the Quantity Gift Registry widget. This widget allows you to set a total quantity limit that applies across all form submissions. If one person selects a quantity of two, then two will be deducted from the total limit you've configured. Once the limit is reached, that option will no longer be available for selection. It's really easy to add to your form. Let me show you how:

1. While in Form Builder, click on Add Element on the left side of the page.
2. In the Form Elements menu, under the Widgets tab, scroll down the list and choose the Quantity Gift Registry widget.
3. Now, just drag and drop it to your form.
4. Click the Wand icon and set up your items and item count, then click the Update button to save the changes.

Now, you can hide the submit button if the widget is empty. Let's set up the conditions:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. Click on Conditions on the left of the page.

3. Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Show/Hide Field.

4. Set the conditions like you see below:
