Hello.
We are using a Jotform for our fundraiser event and the email that is connected to the account is no longer active. We have access to the forms and the current account but notifications are going to an inactive account. We are not able to change the email since it sends a notification to the inactive email. I can't transfer the forms to a new account since a verification code is sent to an inactive email. We have the current link to the fundraiser for on all our marketing materials so creating a new form is not an option. We'd like to have the notifications come to a new email address. Can you please help with changing our email address on the account?

Hi Kelsey! Since the email linked to your account is inactive, changing the account email requires verification through that old email, which complicates the process. While we can't transfer or merge accounts, you can change your account email by following the steps in your account settings: go to your profile, edit your email, and verify the change through the emails sent. If you want to transfer forms and data to another account, there's a guide available for that as well. Also, you might find useful information on recovering your account through the button below. Let me know if you need help with any of these steps!

Hi Kelsey,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Podo is right; since your current email is inactive and you’re unable to access that code, check out our How to Recover Your Jotform Account guide. You can submit a request to change your email through the form in that guide, and our team will update you once it's processed.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.
