My signed documents have a status of sent, but they are not being send

    I created a sign document and whle the sign status says sent, it is not being sent. Here is the link

    Hi vcmimedia,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share with us the email of the recipient so we can check on it? You can also View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:

    1. Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
    2. Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
    3. Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
