I am Kevin, We have used your platform today to collect client feedback. One thing I have noticed is the recapture security that began showing today even though we have not enabled it on settings. How do I remove this for tomorrow's event

    Hi Kevin,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. I didn't see any Captcha in your form. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

ReCapture Issue Image 1 Screenshot 20 If a Captcha appears during form submission, it's likely being triggered by our anti-spam system. This usually happens when multiple submissions are sent from the same IP address within a short period of time, which our system flags as potential spam. To help reduce spam, a Captcha is then added to the form. To resolve this:

    • Wait around 10–20 minutes before trying to submit the form again.
    • You can also refresh your internet connection or use a different IP address.

If you'd like to permanently remove the Captcha, we can whitelist your account, but this option is only available for users on a paid plan.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
