    Hello-

I would like to make the months listed on page 2 look exactly like the months listed on page 1. I went into "Table Style" for each table and they both appear to have all the same font size, font style and text alignment. I do not want any of the wording to change........only appearance issues. Thank you-

    Hi Melanie,

If you want the Input Table's content appearance from your PDF, you'd have to minimize the fields and compressed them in one page. Since your Input Table has 13 Rows, you also need to minimize the size of the other fields. Here's how:

    1. In your PDF Editor, click on the Fields that you want to minimize.

    2. Drag the Fields corner to Reduce its size.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Melanie,

When I cloned and tested your form, the same thing happened for me in the PDF Editor. After investigating it a bit, I found a solution. It's really easy to fix. Let me show you how:

    1. In PDF Editor, select each table and delete it one by one.

    2. In the menu on the left, under Form Fields tab, drag the Sales by Month 2024 Input Table field to the first page of your PDF.

    3. Next, drag the 2025 YTD Sales by Month Input Table field to the second page.

    4. In PDF Editor, select the Sales by Month 2024 Input Table field and click the gear icon at the bottom.

    5. In the menu on the right, in Question Style tab, under Question Alignment section, select Top Aligned.

    6. Repeat Steps 4 and 5 for the 2025 YTD Sales by Month Input Table field.
