Such so often that after customer complete payment via paypal and must have mail confirmation to each both our and client. But this time both not have confirmation email from the system but Pay Pal already has been paid and complete.
Just want to know why this happens or any reason can change or fix it?

Hi oxygen,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I'm an AI assistant. I'll do my best to help you until someone from the support team is available.
Regarding your issue with confirmation emails not being received after PayPal payments, this can happen if the PayPal Instant Payment Notification (IPN) is delayed or not properly received by Jotform. Jotform relies on IPN to confirm payments and trigger email notifications. Sometimes, there can be a delay of about 30 minutes or more before emails are sent.
To fix this, ensure that your PayPal IPN is enabled and correctly set up. You can also check your Jotform Pending Payments and mark any completed payments as complete manually to trigger the emails. Additionally, verify your PayPal integration settings in your form to make sure notifications are enabled.
For detailed steps and troubleshooting, you can refer to the guide on how to integrate PayPal Standard with Jotform and manage payment notifications.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
Best regards,
Jotform Support -

Hi oxyreservagent,
Are you pertaining to the Email Notification after the form completion? I checked your Email Logs using our system and I can confirm that two submissions were completed from two different users. But, if you're pertaining to the email confirmation after the users paid via PayPal, like what our AI Agent mentioned above, this can happen if the PayPal Instant Payment Notification is delayed or not properly received by Jotform. You can easily View Your Form Email Logs in your account settings. Let me show you how:
- Go to the History tab on your Account Settings page.
- Click on All Actions in the top-right corner of the History page, and in the dropdown menu that opens, scroll down to the bottom and select Emails.
- Click on the External Link icon on the right side of the Form ID to open the email of the related submission.
