    Need to change admin as VP of HR is no longer with company as of 9/19

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Let me help you with that:

    To change the admin when the current admin is no longer with the company, you will need to transfer the forms to the new admin's account. Here’s how to do it:

    1. Go to the Data page of your Jotform account.
    2. Click on Transfer Forms at the bottom of the page.
    3. Enter the verification code sent to your registered email.
    4. Select the forms you want to transfer to the new admin.
    5. Click Transfer Forms to send the transfer request.

    The new admin will need to accept the transfer request to complete the process.

    Hi PCH HR,

    Can you explain a bit more about the issue, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Do you want to update the account's email address? If so, then here's how:

    1. In Workspace dashboard, click your Avatar from the upper-right corner.

    2. Go to Settings from the menu.

    3. Select Account from the left navigation.

    4. Go to the Email section, and click Edit from the right.

    5. Enter your New Email, and then click Save.
