I just want to add 2 users to my account so that they can help me manage forms. I don't need a paid account yet, I just want to add users.

Hi Crystal,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Note that our standard plans (Starter, Bronze, Silver, Gold) are designed for single-user access only. It is not possible to add additional users to these accounts.
If you need multiple users to manage forms collaboratively, you would need to upgrade to a Jotform Enterprise account. Enterprise accounts allow multiple users with different roles and permissions, giving your team full control and visibility over form management.
Since you don't need a paid account yet, you can use our Form Collaboration feature, which allows multiple team members to work on the same form simultaneously without needing to add them as account users. Sharing the Collaboration link with your teammates is really easy. Let me show you how:
- On the top-right side of the Form Builder page, click on Add Collaborators.
- In the window that pops up, click on Copy Link and then just share that link with your teammates.
