Hi,
I'm trying to connect a different Salesforce org to Jotform so the integration works with the new org. However, I’m having trouble unlinking the previous connection. Even after disconnecting the old org, when I attempt to set up a new connection, the authorization URL still redirects to the old org. I need it to connect to the new org instead.

Hi Camila,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When you disconnect the old Salesforce org, but the authorization URL still redirects to it, this usually happens because the old connection's authorization tokens or cached credentials are still active in your account or browser.
So, you just need to clear your browser cache and cookies. This ensures that no old session data or tokens are stored that might redirect you to the previous Salesforce org. After clearing cache and disconnecting the old integration, try setting up the Salesforce integration again. This time, the authorization URL should direct you to the new Salesforce organization.
If these steps do not work, try using a different browser or incognito/private mode to avoid cached data interference.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
