    I cannot connect any pay methods sadly.

    If you're having trouble connecting payment methods, here’s how to add and manage reusable payment connections in your form:

    1. Open your form in Form Builder.
    2. Click Add Element and add the Product List element or a payment gateway.
    3. Click the Payment Properties icon and select Add Payment Connection.
    4. Choose your preferred payment gateway, connect your account, and save the connection.

    You can also manage your payment connections from the Connections page in your account panel.

    Make sure you follow these steps to properly connect your payment gateway. If you want to switch gateways, you can do so easily through the Payment Properties by selecting another connection.

    Hi Dangelo,

    Unfortunately, I didn’t fully understand the issue. Can you explain a bit more about it, so I can get a better idea of what's happening? Because when I checked, our system shows that there's no account linked to the email used to create this thread. Are you trying to integrate a form to a payment gateway?

    If so, are you getting an error? Can you send us the link to your form so we can take a look at it for you?If you can take a screenshot of what’s happening, that'll help us to understand better what’s going on. Let me show you how to post a screenshot to our Help Center:

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.
