Emails Aren't Received

    Hi there! Neither my Autoresponder or Notification emails are being rec\'d. The form is: Holiday Light & Patio Wrap Estimate Builder. Can someone pls look into this for me and provide guidance on why they arent sending.

    Hi Paul,

    I checked the email logs linked to paul.s.abrams@gmail.com, and I noticed that all emails sent from Jotform are currently showing a Failed status. The reason listed in the logs is Ignored, which typically indicates that the recipient’s server did not process the message as expected.

    Also, I noticed your form is still configured to use the default sender email: noreply@jotform.com. To improve deliverability and avoid spam filters, I recommend updating the Sender Email option of your Notification and Autorepsonder Email using your own domain's email. This ensures emails are authenticated through your server, giving them a better chance of reaching your inbox successfully. Setting up the Custom Sender Email in Form Email Alerts is easy. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. Select Emails in the menu on the left.
    3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email or Autoresponder Email and click on the Pencil icon to edit it.Emailed forms not received Image 4 Screenshot 103 Screenshot 10
    4. Select the Advanced tab.

    For the Autoresponder Emails that were not received, can you share with us the email addresses used in the form submission so we can check the email logs for you?
