Not sending email from table column

    I created a table for one of my forms and added a column to send emails. I cannot get to function to send emails when I click the button or even submit the email in test mode.

    Let me help you with that:

    To send emails from a table column in Jotform, you need to add a Send Email Action Button column to your table and set up an email template for it. Here’s how:

    1. Click on the Add button at the end of your table to insert a new column.
    2. Select the Buttons tab and choose Send Email, then click Next.
    3. Name your new column and click Next.
    4. Create a new email template or select an existing one, customize it as needed, then save.
    5. Complete the setup by clicking Create Column.

    Once set up, clicking the Send Email button in the table will send the email to the specified recipients. The button will show a timestamp after sending.

    If the button or email isn’t working when clicked or in test mode, please double-check the email template settings and recipients. Also, ensure the Send Email button is properly configured in your table.

    Can you share with us a screen recording of what’s happening so we can try to replicate it on our end? You can share the video recording on any public sharing platform like Google Drive or Dropbox, or you can simply use Loom to record the video and share the video link with us.

    The screen is behaving exactly the same way as your screen shot. It states that the email has been sent (I sent to my email, tim@ourheritgefarm.com), but nothing shows in my inbox. changed the email to another one I use and still get nothing. I went into settings and nothing shows in email history. I also cleared the form cache and still nothing.

    OK, the email finally was sent to tim@ourheritagefarm.com but ended up in my spam folder. I tried repeatedly yesterday and it didn't end up in spam or in my inbox. I don't know if clearing the cache made the difference or not.

    Hi Tim,

    I saw that your email address isn't listed in the bounce list. Can you check the spam or trash folder of your email inbox to see if the Notification Emails are in there? If not, can you whitelist Jotform's IP addresses and domains on your email settings to see if it's going to work?
