Hello,
I noticed that my monthly usage limits were supposed to reset on August 31, 2025, at 12:00 AM Eastern Time, which is 11:00 AM in my local time (WIB). However, the limits have not been reset as expected.
Could you please look into this issue and let me know if there is any delay or additional step required on my part?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I've checked your account and can see that all your monthly limits have reset. Can you check your account again? If it is still not cleared on your end, I suggest clearing your browser's cache and cookies and then check again.

I only have 6 submissions, but why does it say 13?

Hi ADC,
It looks like there was a delay in updating the Total Submissions Storage. I've recalculated it, and cleared your form caches. It's not showing 6/500.
