...but when completed forms are not being returned or being returned on a timely basis. What is causing the delay?

The delay in receiving completed forms when sharing your form as a link can be caused by several factors such as internet connectivity issues on the respondents' side, delays in submission processing, or email delivery delays if you are receiving notifications via email. If you are using integrations or third-party services, delays there can also affect the timely receipt of submissions.

When I cloned and tested your form, I instantly received the notification email. Take a look at the screenshot below to see my results:
I've cleared your form caches, as this can often fix such issue. Can you go ahead and try it again and let us know how it goes? If the same thing happens again, we'll look into it more to see if we can figure out what's going on.
