Hi DMDDentalGroup,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, you cannot modify the column of the Google Sheet Integration. If you edit any of the sheets then your Integration could break, and you would land up to recreate the Integration once again which in turn would generate a new sheet each time.
What we can suggest you use Google's Import Range function so you can transfer spreadsheet data from one spreadsheet to another tab of the same sheet. In the new sheet, you can alter the columns of the sheet.
You can achieve your requirement by using the ImportRange function of Google Sheets. With this function, you can simply create a new sheet and add the Importrange function there to import the data from the existing Google Sheets.
For more details on using the ImportRange function, you can check these guides:
Additionally, if your integration breaks due to editing the sheet, you can remove and reconnect the Google Sheets integration in Jotform to restore it.
Reach out again if you have any other questions.
