Stuck in Please wait and unable to submit the form

    We’re experiencing an issue with one of our Jotform submissions. After uploading all files and clicking Submit, the button gets stuck on “Please wait” and doesn’t complete the submission.

    Other forms from the same Jotform are submitting correctly, but this specific one failed. If we reload the page, all uploaded data will be lost.

    Can you please advise on how to resolve this?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Can you try it again using a different browser or switch to Incognito window and see how it goes? If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

    Now the same form has a different error. I tried adding new fields for file upload (replaced the old ones). , still the same issue - happened with different files, if one file works the other file shows the same errror. Also, the files are relatively small in size. Please advice.

    Hi Abhishek,

    Can you try uploading a different file and see if you will also receive the same error? Can you also share with us the copy of the PDF you're uploading so that we can try it on our end and see if we can replicate the issue? You can share it with us via Google Drive or Dropbox and set the permission for us to access the file.

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
