Detect Instagram Comments and Automate Replies

Hi there,

We're looking at running a sweepstake contest for our company, and we're getting Jotform as the entry form. I was just wondering if Jotform does any automation in terms of Instagram comments?

For example:

1) We post our Instagram giveaway online, and one of the requirements will be: comment GIVEAWAY

2) Each person who comments GIVEAWAY, there is an automation that will DM them our Jotform link to enter the contest.

Is that something that Jotform can provide?

Hi Claire,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Currently, Jotform doesn't support automation outside its own platform and isn't able to detect Instagram comments or send DMs directly. As a workaround, you can use third-party tools like ManyChat, which can monitor Instagram comments and automatically send them a direct message. You can include the link to your Jotform entry form in that automated DM.
