I was editing my JotForm app today with the shop I build in it, I currently am unable to find the most time consuming parts of the shop that I built. I do not know where the version history thing comes into play here. I just need to duplicate my shop products again as they are nowhere to be found at the moment.

Hi Sky,
Are you pertaining to your CHR APP? If yes, I checked the app and I can see that there are currently four products. Are these the products you were looking for? Check out the screenshot below:
Unfortunately, Jotform Apps does not currently have a Revision History feature. The closest available option in App Builder to reverting back to the recent changes is by pressing CTRL + Z (or Command + Z on Mac) on your device to undo the last actions.
While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

The items pictures above are only a portion of the whole shop product list I made. That is why I am so confused currently as to how it just went away.
Can I get someone to go into my account for helping restore prior products, or do I have to try doing my shop over?

Hi Sky,
Unfortunately, we cannot restore the missing products. Since there's no revision feature on the App, it's not possible to revert it to its previous version when the products were showing. My colleague has already escalated this as a feature request, but we don't have an ETA on when this will be available. In this case, you'll have to manually add the products again.
