I HAVE TRIED THE RESET PASSWORD, I HAVE TRIED THE RECOVERY AND NOTHING IS WORKING. NO EMAIL HAS BEEN SENT TO ME

Hi Teresa,
When I checked the account associated with the email address you used to submit this ticket, it is only associated with a Guest account. Take note that we only offer a one-time login for guest accounts, that is why you are not receiving a password reset email.
If you're pertaining to another account, can you share with us the email address or the username associated with the account so we can check on our end? You can also share any link to a form that was created under your account.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
