Hello uldevereaux,
You can click this --> link <-- to be redirected to the support ticket you opened initially about adding shipping fee. I've also shared the steps below that you can follow to see the support tickets you opened:
- From the Jotform account's home screen, hover your most pointer on the Support dropdown.
- Select My Support Requests.
- You'll see the list of support tickets you opened with us.
You should also receive emails on the email account associated with Jotform every time we respond to the support tickets you opened.
Don't hesitate to reach out if you’ve got any other questions.
