I am sending forms to clients everyday. Is there a way I can import my outlook email contacts into Jotform?

Currently, Jotform does not support a direct import of Outlook contacts into the platform. But, if you want to invite people to submit your form, you can share it with them using the Invite by Email option. This feature requires them to have a Jotform account or log in to their account to access the form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Publish tab on the top side of the page.
2. In the left menu, click on Quick Share and select Invite by Email.
3. Insert all the email addresses you want to invite to fill in your form. Or, use the Upload CSV file.

But, if you don't want the user to log in or create an account to access the form, you can share the URL of your Public form using your own email service provided. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
2. In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
