How to stop receiving email from Jotform

Please I deleted my account and need to remove this integration from my email

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our system shows that the account with your email has been deleted. Note that it takes 30 days for the account to be completely purged from our system. Could you let us know the reason why you need to unlink the email immediately? Are you planning to use this email with another Jotform account?

I am not. I just want the jotforms to be removed from my email. It does not help at all

To clarify, do you want to not receive any submission and email from your AI Agent about the conversation?

1. In AI Agent Builder, click on Settings on the upper right corner next to your avatar.
2. Under the Notifications tab,  you can Disable Conversation Notifications, Send Conversation Autoresponder Emails, and Get Emails When Your Agent Needs Answers.

Additionally, if you want to not receive any Notification email from your form, you can delete or change the email address associated with your account. Remove the Notification Email that solves the issue. Let me show you how to do that: 

1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.

Also, it’s easy to subscribe or Unsubscribe to our monthly newsletter. Let me show you how:

1. On your My Workspace page, click on your Profile Image/Avatar in the upper right.
2. Then, select Settings in the menu that opens.
3. Finally, in the Subscription section, check the box next to Monthly Newsletters.

Correct. I can’t login to change setting because my account was deleted. The AI agent continues to provide drafts and create folders.

Hi Kookie,

I went ahead and reactivated your deleted account so you should be able to access it now and disable the emails. You can also reset the account password if needed. Resetting your Jotform account password is easy to do. Let me walk you through it:

1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.

2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.

3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.

4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.

5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.

There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.
