How to Apply Special Pricing to Products When Total Exceeds a Certain Amount

    hi, is it possible to set special pricing for each product when the final total bill exceed X amount?

    example:

    if total bill exceed $50K, product A price will drop from $50 to $40, applies to other selected products too

    Hi Kay,

    Applying a discount or special pricing based on the total amount exceeding a specific threshold (like $50K) is not a built-in feature in Jotform. But I’ve created a demo form that uses a workaround that may achieve what you're looking for. Can you test this demo form to see if it aligns with your use case? You don't need to submit it, as it'll give you the prices upon selecting the quantity.

    To explain this, I added the Inventory widget, Form Calculation widget, and the necessary condition inside the demo form. I've set a price of $20 each, and if the price exceeds $50, the price will go down to $40 automatically. If that's exactly the workaround, I'll give you the step-by-step process so you can build it with your form.
