Unable to update the App title

I’m not sure how to update the circled title in the attached picture for my app. I changed the app name before, but it still does not show the updated name when when someone clicks on the published link.
am I doing something wrong? Do you know why that circle title is not changing and how can I change it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To change the header text, we need to edit it inside your header section. Let me show you how to do it:

1. In App Builder, click on the Add App Header Button on the top part of the app.
   
2. In App Header, remove the existing header title and change it to any text.
