We have tried multiple times with multiple forms to integrate with our Zapier, and it's not working. When pulling test records, it does not pull actual answers, but rather puts "answer" + "field". I've added a screenshot to show you.
How can we remedy this?
For context, we are trying to integrate with both Flodesk and Salesforce.
Further context, we have already checked that there are no HIPPAA restrictions/violations and that we are not using an international data center.

CORRECTION: We got the direct integration with Salesforce to work. It is only Zapier (and by extention Flodesk) that is giving us trouble.

Hi Heart_Ministry,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you let us know the URL of the form you're experiencing this issue? Then we'll be able to take a closer look. I took a look at your latest form 251685546480061, but it doesn't seem to be integrated with Flodesk. You can easily find your form's URL in Form Builder. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Publish.
- In the Quick Share tab, click on Copy Link in the Share With Link section.
Once you share the form URL with us, we’ll be able to help you better with this.

You're right-- It's not integrated with Flodesk. That's what we were trying to do, but we cannot populate the fields if Zapier doesn't pull the records correctly.
In that form -- "WP Application" -- we ask if they would like to be added to our newsletter list. If they respond "yes", we want to send their email to Flodesk. -

Hi Heart_Ministry,
I cloned your form and the same thing happened to me. Check out my screenshot below:
And although the integration is getting the name fields correctly from Jotform, it's adding Answers on the beginning. I tried editing it on Zapier and it doesn't seem to let us edit it, only the form answer itself. So, no information from Jotform is inserting this Answer field.
Can you try contacting Zapier Support to check out this issue further? They'll be able to get to guide you through it if there's another method within their platform.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Yeah, that's exactly the problem.
We've used Zapier for years (integrated with GravityForms on Wordpress) and never had this issue. It has to be something between Jotforms and the integration.

Hi Heart_Ministry,
Have you already contacted Zapier Support regarding this issue? If so, could you share what information or feedback you have received from them? This could be very helpful for us to understand the situation better. Once we have more details from your interaction with Zapier, we can do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution for you.
Looking forward to your response.

Coming back to report.
Zapier Help Desk replied saying there was a HIPAA compliance settled toggled on our connection and that we needed to create a new connection without that selection. We had already done that a couple times yesterday without success. This morning we did it again and it seems to now be working.
I guess this was an issue of unplug it and plug it in again.
The record still says [Answer] + [field], but at least now it also populates with the actual form submission, and it seems to be integrating well with Flodesk, even with filters and conditions. I'll take it.
Thank you all for your help! Much appreciated.
