I'm running a quiz in classic mode, and I'm using conditional logic so that, for each question answered, the logic jumps to a page at the top of the form, where the person selects another option and, with the logic, is taken to a new question. This works the first time that a selection is taken, but when the person returns to the base page and takes a new selection, the question page jumped to by the logic appears in blank... What could be happening?

Hi marketing_os,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Skipping pages should move forward and not going back to the page where it skipped. The reason why you can see a blank page if the selection changes on the Image Checkboxes. Instead of using the Skip/Hide Page condition, use the Show/Hide Field condition instead. Now, can you share with me what you wanted to achieve on that form so I could walk you through on how to pull it off? Do you want the users to always go back to the Image Checkboxes every time they fill any of your Questions?
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

Thanks for your attention, Mark!
Yes, I want the users to always go back to the Image Checkboxes every time they fill any of my Questions... and each time, according the option selected at Image Checkboxes, a different question appears (I'm trying to recreate a trivia game like jeopardy).

Hi marketing_os,
Since you are displaying different questions on different page, you will need to use the Skip To/Hide a Page condition. Here's how to do it:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Click on Conditions on the left side of the screen.
3. Click on Add Condition.
4. Select Skip To/Hide a Page.
5. Configure the condition as shown in the screenshot.
6. Click on Save.
Result:
You can create a Skip To/Hide a Page condition for each question to go back to Page 3 as shown in the screenshot to return the user to the Image Checkboxes page.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.

This is exactly what I did before and caused my troubleshoot reported to you... The first time I run it, it is perfect, but when I come back at Image Checkboxes for a second selection, it skips to page in blank...

Hi marketing_os,
I understand, and like I mentioned earlier on my first response, you can't go back to the page where your first condition skipped. Since your first condition redirects the users to the Page 6, the users cannot go back to the Page 5 if the Image Checkboxes value is four. That'll result in a blank page.
I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

Hi marketing_os,
I found a way to make the Skip/Hide Page conditions to work perfectly in your form. See the screencast below for my results:
Now, can you share with me which questions would like to appear based on the number selected from the Image Checkboxes, so I can help you completely build the form and show you the exact conditions and field configurations step-by-step?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Thank you so much!
I have 24 images and 24 questions. Each image has a title in order: Question 1, Question 2, ... (but in portuguese: Pergunta 1, Pergunta 2...).
The questions are already in the same order, separated by pages.
Would you show me the exact conditions and field configurations step-by-step, please?

Hi marketing_os,
Here are the exact conditions I've used to make the form work:
Condition 1:
Condition 2:
Condition 3:
Note, do not skip the page if the page is Next to the Image Checkboxes. Here's the form that you can clone to get a closer look of the fields configuration. It is almost the same from your original form. Here's how to clone it:
1. On your My Workspace page, click on Create on the top-left side of the page.
2. Select Form from the assets, and then click on Import Form.
3. In the next window, click on From a Web Page.
4. Paste the form link into the Enter URL field and click on Create Form.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
