    Hi Phoebe,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can disable form encryption in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
    2. Toggle the Encrypt Form Data switch to NO.
    3. Then, in the Confirmation window that pops up, click on Yes, Disable. That's it.
