Need to speak to a human agent

    PLEASE,


    Noone is helping, only hurting. Is there a live human that can help. I started the day with a systemthat worked a little, forms and workflows.


    I have been since instructed to cancel everything, delete everything and start from scratch.


    NOW IT WORKS WORSE.

    This is critical to my business that this works.

    Please assist.

    1. On the Help Center page, scroll down to the Your Answer section and click on the Image icon.

    2. Drag and drop your image into the Upload box, or click on it and select your file.

    3. Then, click on the Add button in the bottom-right corner of the window.

    4. To resize it, click on your screenshot and then click on one of the boxes in the corners, and drag it inward.

    5. Once you're finished, click on the Post Answer button at the bottom right of the Your Answer section.

    I’ve had the same frustration—chatbots and IVRs seem designed to block human access. What worked for me was repeatedly typing “agent” or saying “representative” until the system gave up. Also, try calling during business hours and skip menus with silence or pressing 0. Some companies bury the live agent option unless you threaten to cancel or file a complaint.
