I started with a quiz template and added additional questions. I adjusted the calculation values accordingly, however, when I take the test entering all correct answers, it says that I scored 25 out of 100 points. I'm not sure if I am missing a step or what is needed to correct this. Please advise.

Hi Team_hart,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I reviewed your form and identified the cause of the score miscalculation. The Form Calculation widget used to compute the score isn't properly configured. Take a look at the screenshot below:
You've only included five fields in the formula. As a result, even when all questions are answered correctly, the total score only reaches 25 out of 100. To fix this, you need to add all the question fields in the formula and make sure to click on the Save button to apply changes. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, click on the Wand icon of the Form Calculation widget to open the Widget Settings.
- Now, click on the Plus Sign in the Calculation Pad, click on the Add Field button and select the missing Question fields.
- Once done, click on the Save button to apply changes.
Give it a try and let us know how it goes.
