    Boa tarde, por gentileza, poderia liberar os formulários pois excederam a cota e estamos recebendo documentações.

    Hi DPSOS,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Or, if you'd rather have support in Portuguese, let us know and we can have them do that. But, it might take a while until they're available again.

    Now, coming back to your question, you're account already exceeded the alloted 100MB Upload space for Starter Plan users. You'll need to delete and purge submissions from your forms to free up space or Upgrade your account to increase your limits.

    1. In Tables, Select the submission you want to delete and click the Three Dots icon. 

    2. Select the option Move to Thrash from the menu.

    After moving the submission to trash you can then easily purge the submissions in Jotform Tables. Let me show you how:

    1. In Jotform Tables, click on the Three Dots icon next to your form title in the tabs.
    2. In the dropdown menu, click on Trashed Entries to open the Trash menu.
    3. Then, in the Trash menu on the right, click on the Checkboxes to select the submissions you want to purge. To select all, click on the Select All button.
    4. Now, click on Delete Forever, and in the warning window, click on the Delete button to confirm.

Purging deleted submissions will free up your Submission Storage and Upload Space but won’t affect other limits. You can also check out our guide about Account Usage and Limits for more information.

    Olá DPSOS,

    Após excluir as submissões e esvaziar a lixeira, o espaço de upload será liberado e os formulários voltarão a funcionar normalmente em instantes. Vejo que sua conta não está acima do limite de upload no momento, então o devido espaço já foi liberado em sua conta.
