Hi, thanks so much. This was very helpful! One more question for you, as I am new to Jotform. How would I go about adding payment directly to those classes. I know I need to set up Authorize.net<http:>.. but is there a specific way I would set a cost for each class, so that if they sign up for a Monday and Tuesday class, it would total up the amount? Thanks!

    Hi Katie,

I understand what you’d like to do, but I’ll need a bit of time to work out a solution. I’ll get back to you shortly.

In the meantime, let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi Katie,

Could you check out my demo form, and see if it matches what you're looking for? Unfortunately, in this case, we cannot use the Ticket Purchases widget because it doesn't have the calculation option, which we need for the payment form. I've used Quantity Registry widget instead. See also the screencast below that shows how it works.

After we hear your feedback, I'll guide you on how to recreate the form. You can also clone my test form. Check out the guide about how to clone form from an existing URL.

Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to help you with this.

That is along the correct lines.. but the problem is, each day is going to cost a different amount. It won't matter what grade they are in, but Monday will cost slightly different than Tuesday (for example). Any other ideas for that?

    Hi Katie,

The Quantity Gift Registry widget isn’t the best fit if your pricing changes from day to day, since it only allows you to set a single fixed value for each item. This makes it difficult to handle situations where, for example, Monday has a different cost than Tuesday.

A more flexible option is to use the Product List with Payment Integration. Instead of setting up one registry, you can create a separate product for each day (e.g., Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) and assign the appropriate price to each. If you also need to control availability, you can enable the stock control option within the product settings to limit the number of slots per day.

Another approach is to use Single Choice or Dropdown fields with Calculation Values. With this method, you would add a field listing the days of the week, then assign calculation values to reflect the different daily costs. Using the Form Calculation Widget, you can total up the selections and connect that calculation to your payment integration for accurate pricing.

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
